1. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to approve the following 2021 Budget Transfers:

2. Request by Town Attorney, Frank Allegretti, to schedule a public hearing on April 7, 2022 for the Public Notice for a proposed Local Law titled “Amending Chapter 207 entitled, ‘Taxation.’”

3. Request by Purchasing Department to revise Village Board Resolution 2022--010.  Purchase order numbers 420397 and 420398, issued to Vance Country Ford, were approved for the purchase of two 2022 Ford Escape hybrids at a cost of $30,671.34 each. Due to the manufacturing issues for hybrid vehicles, Ford cannot fulfill these purchases.  Therefore, it is requested to modify the purchase orders to reflect the purchase of two 2022 Ford Escapes (non-hybrid) at a cost of $28,156.34 each.
