E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, Chief of Police, John T. Vasta, for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the purchase of two (2) 2022 Dodge Chargers with uplifting. Funding for this purchase is available in the Capital Accounts.

2. Request by, Village Attorney, Jonathan D. Kraut, with approval of the Village Engineer, is a Proposed Stormwater Control Facility Easement and Maintenance Agreement between the Town/Village of Harrison and Carraway Apartments, LLC. – 103-105 Corporate Park Drive. The Law Department has reviewed the Agreement and deem it to be in order. Further request for the Mayor to execute the Agreement and related transfer documents.

3. Request by, Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for a bond resolution in connection with Construction of New Community Center - $12,000,000 Serial Bonds, subject to permissive referendum. (Roll Call Vote)

4. Request by, Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, the following transfer to Dept Service require a Village Board Resolution:

5. Request by, Village Engineer, Michael J. Amodeo, for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for phase I of the new Recreation Center Project which will be located on Harrison Avenue and Calvert Street. Phase I of the project will consist of the site work portion of the project, which will include the installation of the subsurface geothermal well system; stormwater management facility; other utility installation; and the foundation of the new building.

6. Request by, Department of Public Works and the Purchasing Department, to award RFB 2023-001 for a Ford F550 Box Truck to Bob Bell Automotive. The cost of the vehicle is $81,500.00 plus a maximum of $1,000.00 for delivery. Funding is available in the following capital accounts: 18SA23, 19HW20, 20FM23, 20GB22 and 21PW23. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order to said vendor.

7. Request by, Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to open a brokerage account with JP Morgan Chase Bank for the purpose of purchasing Treasuries with available Town of Harrison monies. Further request for the Treasurer to execute opening documents after they have been reviewed by the Law Department. 

8. Request by, Deputy Village Attorney, Andrea C. Rendo, to schedule a Public Hearing on April 20, 2023 to adopt a Local Law that brings Section 466-a of the Real Property Tax Law into effect. The Real Property Tax Law Section 466-a is not in effect for the Town/Village and School property taxes.
