A. REPORT FROM SUPERVISOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE FOLLOWING VILLAGE BOARD MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 6 2020

C. PUBLIC HEARING

 

1. Continuation of Public Hearing regarding Proposed Local Law regarding Amending Chapter 5 entitled “Ethics, Code of” by repealing and replacing Section 5-4 entitled “Representation of private interests” of the Village Code of the Village of Harrison.

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1. Request by Chief of Police, John Vasta, for approval to turn Barnes Lane between Purchase Street and Lake Street and the entire length of Avondale Road between Calvert Street and West Street into a “Parking prohibited at all times” highway. Both roadways are narrow with double yellow lines where parking is currently allowed. When cars are parked, approaching traffic is forced over the double yellow line into the opposite lane.

 

2. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #400623 to Genesee Valley Motors, Inc., for the purchase of a 2020 Hybrid Ford Fusion at a total cost of $23,861.50. The equipment is being purchased through DCMO BOCES contract #20190121. Funding is available in Capital Budget 19RP18 account #006-7140-100-9875.
