E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1. Request by Commissioner of Public Works, Anthony Robinson, to hire up to three seasonal employees in the Sanitation Department effective June 1, 2021 at an hourly rate of $15.00. Funding for these positions is available in the Sanitation Department Operating Budget.

A. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Orders 411099, 411102, and 411104 to Genessee Valley Ford for the purchase of a total of three 2022 Ford F250 Pickup trucks at a cost of $41,085.00 each. Vehicles will be purchased through Oswego County Contracts #OSW-012-21. Funding is available in Capital Accounts 20HW13, 16HW08, and 19RP21.

B. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Orders 411100, 411103, and 411105 to The Cruiser Division (TCD) for the purchase and installation of emergency lighting and plow packages for the above vehicles at a cost of $13,971.03 each. Items will be purchased through Dutchess County Contract #RFB-DCP-99-18 and Westchester County Contract #5689BPS. Funding is available in Capital Accounts 20HW13, 16HW08, and 19RP21.

 

3. Request by AIA, Martin Sendlewski, to award the bid for Firehouse Additions and Alterations to Joe Lombardo Plumbing & Heating.

 

4. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #411114 to Sealcoating, Inc., d/b/a Indus for the remainder of the 2021 Pavement Rehabilitation work not covered by previous Purchase Orders at a cost not to exceed $2,003,267.32. The Pavement will be done through NYS Contract #PC69074. Funding is available in the 2021 Capital Budget 21HW05, Account #006-5110-100-9850.
