1. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order to Thomas C. Merritts Land Surveyors in an amount not to exceed $7,780.00 to obtain a land survey for town owned land located across the street from 480 Halstead Avenue referred to as Truxton Street. Funding is available in Engineering Department Budget #00114401000407.

1. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for approval of the following Budget Modifications:

To appropriate fund balance and to transfer funds to the Judgement and Claims account to cover the cost of small claims tax reductions that were paid in 2018.

1. Request to set the date for a Public Hearing on December 6^th, 2018 for the 2019 Preliminary Budget.

1. Request by Library Director, Galina Chernykh, for a professional services contract with Ronald Cosentino of The Cosentino Architecture Firm to prepare a request for proposals for the Harrison Library Interactive Reading Garden. Cosentino services will include preparing a RFB, bid review, bid award, and contract administration. Contract cost is not to exceed $1,000. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a purchase order to Ronald Cosentino of the Cosentino Architecture Firm for the preparation of a RFP. Funding is available in the 18LB04
