1. Public Hearing regarding a proposed Local Law regarding Amending Chapter 35 entitled, “Taxation.”

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by Commissioner of Public Works, Anthony Robinson, to accept the agreement with Sustainable Westchester in relation to Harrison’s sanitation and recycling communications platform which will extend our relationship with them for 3 years. Sustainable Westchester created the Recycle Right App used by the Village of Harrison and surrounding communities. They also provide all maintenance on the app. The estimated cost is $5,500 and is a budgeted item. It is also expected that a grant from NYSDEC shall cover half of the cost in subsequent years. Further request for the mayor to execute the agreement. The Law Department has reviewed the agreement and found to be in order.

2. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to close Project 12DR02, Pilgrim Road Drainage District, and transfer remaining bonded monies in the amount of $34,373.08 to the Debt Service Fund. These funds will be used by the Comptroller to decrease the amount of monies billed annually to the members of the district over the life of bond that is left, beginning with budget year 2021.
