E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, DPW General Foreman, Christopher Park, for the Purchasing Department to increase Purchase Order #422268 by $9,588.80 from $323,771.30 to $333,360.10. This increase is necessitated by the lack of availability of 2024 model year components causing all existing contracts to be cancelled. The new purchase price of $333,360.10 is for a 2025 model year Mack 10 Wheel Class Dump Truck with Plow and Spreader. Funding for this increase is available in Capital Account #21PW23.

2. Request by, DPW General Foreman, Christopher Park, to execute the agreement with Sustainable Westchester as it relates to our sanitation and recycling communications platform. The agreement extends our relationship with Sustainable Westchester (SW). As you may recall Sustainable Westchester created the Recycle Right App used by the Village of Harrison and surrounding communities. Further, SW provides all maintenance on the app. The estimated annual cost to the Village is $6,500. This is a budgeted item. It is also expected that a grant from NYSDEC shall cover half of the cost in subsequent years. The Law Department has reviewed the agreement and deems it satisfactory for execution.

3. Request by, Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for a Bond Resolution in the amount of $3,000,000 for the Brentwood Brook Flood Plain Restoration Project.

4. Request to set the date for a Public Hearing on the 2024 Preliminary Budget for December 6, 2023.

5. Request to set the date for a Public Hearing on December 6, 2023 for the 2024 Sewer Rent Fee for following fiscal year.
