E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the Oakland Avenue Park Construction project. This project consists of mainly open green spaces, pathways, decorative perimeter fencing and landscaping.

2. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, to hire GHD Consulting Services for the Town-Wide Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 1B Design and Preparation of Bid Documents at a cost not to exceed $417,400.00. Funding for this contract is available in Sanitary Sewer Account #18-SD-06. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to GHD Consulting Services at an amount not to exceed $417,400.00.

3. Request by Leuitenant John Vasta of the Harrison Police Department to install one stop sign at the intersection of Winsor Place (westbound) at Old Lyme Road and one stop sign at the intersection of Hyannis Lane (northbound) at Duxbury Road. After visual inspection by the traffic division, it has been determined that these intersections show an existing line of sight problem for motorists as well as potential increase in motor vehicle accidents on Old Lyme Road and Duxbury Road.

4. Request by the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for a 2019 Dodge RAM Tradesman pick-up truck for the Harrison Police Department.
