E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, Village Attorney, Jonathan D. Kraut for approval of a Proposed Easement Agreement between JRA Properties, LLC, the Town/Village of Harrison and Westchester Joint Water Works. Law Department reviewed the agreement and deems it to be in order. Further request for Supervisor Dionisio to execute the same.

2. Request by, Town Engineer, Michael J. Amodeo, for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the Sanitary Sewer Phase 1 Rehabilitation Project. This work stems from the initial Village wide sanitary sewer study and entails point repairs to the system town wide. This part of the rehabilitation project is estimated to have a cost of $5,000,000.  The Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project is being partial funded by the NYS Water Quality Improvement Project (WQIP) Grant which the Town was awarded $5,000,000 with 75% reimbursement rate.

3. Request by, Town Engineer, Michael J. Amodeo, for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the Sanitary Sewer Phase 1 Rehabilitation Project. This part of the Rehabilitation Project is estimated to have a cost on the order of $2,000,000. The Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project is being partial funded by the NYS Water Quality Improvement Project (WQIP) Grant which the Town was awarded $5,000,000 with 75% reimbursement rate.

4. Request by, Town Engineer, Michael J. Amodeo, to hire Peter Gisolfi Associates for Landscape Architecture Design Services for the West Harrison Library Reading Garden Project at a cost not to exceed $5,000.00. Funding for this contract is available in Account #21LB14. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to Peter Gisolfi Associates at an amount no to exceed $5,000.00.

5. Request by, Town Engineer, Michael J. Amodeo, to hire Peter Gisolfi Associates for Landscape Architecture Design Services for the West Harrison Library Window Replacement Project at a cost not to exceed $3,500.00. Funding for this contract is available in Account #20LB115. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to Peter Gisolfi Associates at an amount not to exceed $3,500.00.

6. Request by, the Purchasing Department, for approval of PO # 422268 issued to Beam Mack Sales for the purchase of a 2024 Mack Granite 10-wheel dump truck with plow and spreader. The truck will be purchased through Onondaga County Contract #8996. Funding is available in Capital Account 21PW23.

8. Request by, Chief of Police, John T. Vasta, to destroy the two (2) department vehicles as they are deemed beyond repair.

Recommendation is to donate these vehicles to the West Harrison Fire Department to use for training purposes.
