C. PUBLIC HEARING

1. Public Hearing regarding increase and improvement of the Consolidated Water District approved by the Westchester Joint Water Works.

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #412004 to Westchester Hills Landscaping Inc. for Road Resurfacing on Old Orchard Street, for the cost not to exceed $105,000.00. All work performed will reflect pricing of the contract that Westchester Fill Landscaping Inc. holds with the Town of North Castle. Funding is available in Capital Budget 21HW05, Account #006-5110-100-98050.
 

2. Request by Comptroller, Maureen MacKenzie, to set the date for a Public Hearing for a Bond Resolution for Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation for November 4, 2021.

3. Request by Commissioner of Public Works, Anthony Robinson, to issue a Purchase Order payable to Westchester Hills Contracting in an amount not to exceed $135,000.00 for work associated with resurfacing of the parking lots at Veteran’s Park and the lower parking lot at Passidomo Park. Harrison will be piggybacking on the Westchester Hills Contracting resurfacing contract with the Town of North Castle; therefore no formal bid process is required. Funding for this work is available in the 2021 Approved Department of Public Works Capital Budget.
