A. REPORT FROM MAYOR DIONISIO ON DECISIONS MADE FOLLOWING VILLAGE BOARD MEETING HELD AUGUST 10, 2023

C. PUBLIC HEARING

1. A) Public Hearing regarding Increase Cost of the Increase and Improvements of the Consolidate Water District – Westchester Joint Water Works in the amount of $4,066,800.

B) Public Interest Order for Increase and Improvements of the Consolidate Water District – Westchester Joint Water Works. (Roll Call Vote)

C) Approval of a Bond Resolution in the amount of $4,066,800. (Roll Call Vote)

2. A) Public Hearing regarding for Increase and Improvements of the Facilities of the   Consolidated Water District – Westchester Joint Water Works $1,106,500 Bonds.

B) Public Interest Order for Increase and Improvement of the Facilities of the Consolidated Water District. (Roll Call Vote)

C) Approval of a Bond Resolution in the amount of $1,106,500. (Roll Call Vote)

D. PERSONNEL

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, DPW General Manager, Christopher Park, for the Purchasing Department to issue a purchase order payable to Indus, in an amount not to exceed $100,000, for cracksealing work on Town/Village roadways. Funding for this work is available in Capital Account #23HW03.

2. Request by, Village Attorney, Jonathan D. Kraut, for approval of a Proposed Easement Agreement between St. Joseph’s Hospital , the Town/Village of Harrison and the Westchester Joint Water Works. The Law Department has reviewed the agreement and deems it to be in order for the Mayor to execute the agreement.

3. Request by, Town Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the construction of the Harrison Boulevard Curbs Project which will replace curbs along the North and South sides of Harrison Boulevard between Veterans Memorial Drive and Lake Street. 

4. Request by, Town Engineer, Michael Amodeo, to hire ELQ Industries, Inc. for repairs to the storm drain pipe along Grant Street located near the intersection of Columbus Avenue, at a cost not to exceed $55,000.00. ELQ Industries, Inc. was awarded the Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services Contract for Region 1, for Paving and Excavating under the Gordian ezIQC – City of White Plains contract #903198. Funding for the contract is avaibale in Capital Account #23HW03. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to ELQ Industries, Inc. at an amount not to exceed $55,000.00.
