E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, Deputy Village Attorney, Andrea Rendo, for a Proposed Stormwater Management System Maintenance and Easement Agreement between AVB Harrison, LLC and the Town/Village of Harrison. Further request for the Mayor to execute the Agreement and associated transfer documents, subject to final approval of the Agreement and its Exhibits by the Village Engineer.

2. Request by, Purchasing Department, to approve purchase order number 432113 issued to John Vance Motors for the purchase of a 2023 Ram 3500, at a cost of $65,369.51 including options. Equipment will be purchased under City of Yonkers Contract RFB-6852. Funding is available in the following Accounts: 19RP18 ($10,513.78), 20HW13 ($6,906.12), 21PW31 ($46,662.89) and 21PW23  ($1,286.72).

3. Request by, Purchasing Department, for Purchase Order #432143 issued to John Vance Motors for the purchase of a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. Vehicle will be purchased through City of Yonkers contract RFB-7009A. The cost of this vehicle is $49,125.00. Further request for Purchase Order #432144 issued to T.C.D. - The Cruiser Division for the purchase and installation of emergency lighting. Parts will be purchased through Dutchess County Contract# RFB-DCP-08-22 and labor through Westchester County Contract# 5848 BPS WC. The cost for lights and labor is $10,075.63. The total cost of vehicle and lighting will be $59,200.63. Funding is available in capital account 21PW23.
