A. REPORT FROM SUPERVISOR DIONISIO ON DECISIONS MADE FOLLOWING TOWN BOARD MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 7, 2024

D. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, Mayor, Richard Dionisio, to authorize and execute the agreement between the Board of Education of the Harrison Central School District and the Town of Harrison for the School Resource Officer Program.  

E. PUBLIC HEARING

1. Public Hearing in regards to the Consolidated Water District for Westchester Joint Water Works Various Projects in the amount of $3,780,800.

A) Authorization of a Public Interest Order for Westchester Joint Water Works for an increase and improvement is required on behalf of Consolidated Water District in the amount of $3,780,800. (Roll Call Vote)

B) Authorization of a Bond Resolution in the amount of $3,780,800 to pay for the costs of the increase and Improvement of the Facilities of the Consolidated Water District. (Roll Call Vote)

2. Continuation of Public Hearing in regards to increase and improvement of the facilities of the Consolidated Sewer District to purchase a Sewer Truck in the amount of $350,000. (Roll Call Vote)

A) Authorization of a Public Interest Order for Increase and Improvements of the Facilities of the Consolidated Sewer District Consisting of the purchase of a Sewer Truck. (Roll Call Vote)

B) Authorization of a Bond Resolution in the amount of $350,000 to pay for the cost of the Increase and Improvements of Facilities Consisting of the purchase of a Sewer Truck. (Roll Call Vote)
