1. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION  

1.   Request by the Purchasing Department for approval of purchase order #372880, issued to Beam Mack Sales, Inc., in the amount of $232,284.33 for the purchase of a 2019 Mack Granite sanitation truck. Items will be purchased through Onondaga County Contract #7823. Funding is available in the 2017 Capital budget 17SA09, account #006-8160-100-9870.

2.   Request by Chief of Police, Michael Olsey, for approval to install six Stop Signs on Sunny Ridge Road at the listed locations:

      1. At the intersection of South Road (North Bound and South Bound)

      2. At the intersection of Bates Road (North Bound and South Bound)

      3. At the intersection of Sunny Ridge Plaza (North Bound and South Bound)

3.   Request by Chief of Police, Michael Olsey, for approval to make Parkview Avenue from White Plains Avenue to Preston Avenue in West Harrison, a snow Emergency Route. When vehicles are parked on both sides of the roadway in these areas, it causes the traffic lanes to become narrow which can make it impassible for emergency vehicles.

4.   Request to set a date of Thursday December 7, 2017 for a Public Hearing RE: the 2018 Preliminary Budget.
