D. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS

1. Request by Village Attorney, Jonathan D. Kraut, to accept the Amended Declaration Termination Agreement with 2500/2700 Westchester Avenue Owner SPE, LLC. 

2. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to transfer available funds from the Village Fund Contingency Budget line to Village Fund Personal Services Budget line, to cover the cost of labor contract settlements.

3. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to accept the Bond Resolution in the amount of $745,000 regarding Various Equipment for the Police Department. (Roll Call Vote)

4. Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie, to accept the Bond Resolution in the amount of $1,300,000 regarding the construction Freemont Street Parking Lot. (Roll Call Vote)

5. Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie, to accept the Bond Resolution in the amount of $2,825,000 regarding the construction of a New Community Center at 270 Harrison Avenue. (Roll Call Vote)

6. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to schedule a Public Hearing regarding the 2026 Preliminary Budget.

7. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to schedule a Public Hearing regarding the 2026 Sewer Rent Fee.
