ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION  

 

1.   Request by the Purchasing Department for approval of Purchase Order #372470, issued to Enforcement Video, in the amount of $70,671.15 for the purchase of 11 in car video systems for the Police Department. Items will be purchased through NYS contract #PM21090. Funding is available in Police Capital budget 17PO14, account #006-3120-100-9870.

 

2.   Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for approval of a budget modification for payment of certioraris.

 

3.   Request by Purchasing Department for approval for Purchase Order #372596, issued to AVtec, Inc., in the amount of $ 68,236.90 for the purchase of dispatch equipment for the Police Department. Items will be purchased through GSA contract# GS-35F-0183U. Funding is available in Police Capital budget 12PO23 and 12 PO21, account #006-3120-100-9870.
