1A. Public Hearing RE: Consolidated Sewer District- Pump Station Improvements.

 

1B.            Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for approval of a Public Interest Order regarding the Consolidated Sewer District- Pump Station Improvements in the amount of $1,000,000.

 

1C. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for approval of a Bond Resolution for Consolidated Sewer District- Pump Station Improvements in the amount of $1,000,000.

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1.   Request by Deputy Village Attorney, Andrea Rendo, for authorization to decline the right of first refusal offer with respect to the proposed conveyance of approximately 11,174 square feet or .2565 acres of a portion county road 80 (A) located along Halstead Avenue in the Town/Village of Harrison.

 

2.   Request by Deputy Village Attorney, Andrea Rendo, for authorization for the Mayor to convey the roadway parcel to AvalonBay Communities, Inc. via quitclaim deed.

 

3.   Request by Chief of Police, Joseph Yasinski, for authorization for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the street line painting/pavement markings throughout the Town/Village. Funding for this contract is available in the 2018 Traffic Department Budget Account #001-3310-100-04-07.

4.   Request by Commissioner of Public Works, Anthony Robinson, for authorization for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for bathroom renovations at Passidomo Park. Funding for this project is available in Capital Account 17GB04.
