PARKING LOT CLOSURE-FREMONT ST

Freemont Street Parking Lot Project

All,

We are pleased to report that significant progress has been made on the first phase of construction for the Fremont Street Parking Lot Project (Zone 1).

Please Be Advised: Beginning Monday, May 18th, construction activities will transition into the second phase of the project.

This phase entails closing all access to the current “Fremont Street Lot” (Zone 2) along with its connection to the existing Harrison Avenue Lot (Zone 3).

Traffic and access changes effective Monday, May 18th:

The Fremont Street parking lot will be fully closed for construction (Zone 1 & 2).

The Harrison Avenue parking lot (Zone 3) will remain operational; however, it will temporarily function as a two-way entrance and exit lot accessible only via Harrison Avenue.

Private access to the rear of properties along Halstead Avenue and Harrison Avenue (Zone 4) will continue to be accommodated through the Harrison Avenue lot on an as-needed basis.
