E.         ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:
            1.         Request by Village Engineer Michael Amodeo for authorization for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the Installation of an Emergency Generator at the Municipal Building.

            2.         Request by Village Engineer Michael Amodeo for approval for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to LynStaar Engineering in an amount not to exceed $8,500 for work related to the evaluation of the Park Lane Pump Station and recommendations for rehabilitation of the pump station. Further, funding is available in Capital Account #12SD12.
