A. REPORT FROM SUPERVISOR DIONISIO ON DECISIONS MADE FOLLOWING TOWN BOARD MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 6, 2022

1. Authorization to hire Jake Meyler, as a cleaner in General Town and Building Department of the Department of Public Works, effective October 11, 2022 at an annual salary of $50,000.

2. Authorization to settle the Claim in the matter of Allstate a/s/o Joseph Vozza, in the amount of $15,350.40.

3. Authorization to raise cap on legal fees to $25,000 in the matter of Zodda v. the Town of Harrison.

4. Authorization to increase PO #421684 to Woodard & Curran by $55,000 for additional Litigation support.

5. Authorization to raise cap on legal fees to $125,000 in the matter of Willow Ridge Country Club Condemnation.

6. Authorization to approve up to $5,000 for purchase due diligence for property at Parkview Avenue.

1. Monthly report by the Building Department for the month of September, 2022.

2. Monthly report by the Bureau of Fire Prevention for the month of September, 2022.

3. Monthly report by the Receiver of Tax for the month of September, 2022.

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, Village Attorney, Jonathan D. Kraut for approval of a Proposed Easement Agreement between JRA Properties, LLC, the Town/Village of Harrison and Westchester Joint Water Works. Law Department reviewed the agreement and deems it to be in order. Further request for Supervisor Dionisio to execute the same.

2. Request by, Coordinator of Computer Services, Michael Piccini, for the Supervisor, to sign the renewal agreement with the online auction company Auctions International, which has been approved by the Law Department. Auctions International is used to auction town vehicles and equipment online at no cost to the town.

3. Request by, Coordinator of Computer Services, Michael Piccini, to auction the following vehicles and equipment online using the online auction company, Auction International, at no cost to the town:

4. Request by, Comptroller, Maureen MacKenzie, to transfer available funds within the Building Department Salaries budget line to the Building Department Special Services budget line to cover the cost of utilizing Dart Graphics for review and inspection services for the rest of 2022.

Further request for the Purchasing Department to increase Purchase Order 420225 to Dart Graphics from $25,000 to $35,000.

5. Request by, Chief of Police, John T. Vasta, to accept the donation in the amount of $100.00 check #12628219 from Cindy K. Weissman on behalf of the Cindy Kabak Weisman Giving Account, a donor-advised fund. This check should be deposited in the Police Donation Account line #009-0000-786-0000 and should be utilized for spending at the discretion of the Chief of Police.

6. Request by, Westchester Country Club, Caroline Hay, to perform a firework display on grounds of Westchester County Club on the evening of October 29, 2022 during the Westchester Country Club Centennial Gala. This will be a private display and not open to the public.
