Request by Anthony Gioffre of Cuddy & Feder, on behalf of his client Soverato, LLC, for approval of a Zoning Map Amendment that proposes to rezone the westerly .11 acre portion of the premises at 280 Harrison Avenue into the adjacent R-50 One-Family Residence District in order to construct a single family residence. The property is presently classified in the R-75 One-Family Zone with frontage along the north side of Orchard Street.
