1.   Request by Personnel Manager, Debra Scocchera, for approval to add Amanda Tigani to the Central Services part-time availability list at $10.00 hourly.

 

2.   Request by Chief of Police, Michael Olsey, for approval to appoint Mark Vecchiolla to the part time seasonal availability list for Traffic Laborer at the rate of $13.00 hourly, effect October 2, 2017.

2.   Request by Director of Community Services, Nina Marraccini, for authorization to accept the following donations to the Harrison Food Pantry:

                        $2,000 from an anonymous donor

                        $450 from Marie Briganti

                        $250 from the Jewish Community Center of Harrison

3.   Request by Chief of Police, Michael Olsey, for approval for eighteen police officers to receive the Hepatitis B Vaccination as required by the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens standard, 29 CFR 1910.1030 and the Harrison Police, Manual of Procedures. The estimated cost for all the vaccinations with onsite visits is $5,718.00. This is a budgeted item.

 

4.   Request by Town Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for authorization to reject all bids received for the Harrison Fire House Improvements Project and to authorize the Purchasing Department to re-advertise and receive bids for the Interior Renovation of Existing Apparatus Bay and Handicapped Toilet Construction Project.

 

5.   Notification by Superintendent of Recreation Gerry Salvo of the following “Great to Live in Harrison Day” weekend festivities:

6.   Request by Chief of Police, Michael Olsey, for approval for Lady Prison Productions, Inc. to film at Police Headquarters for the series “Orange is the new Black” on September 27, 2017. They will be making a donation of $5,000.00 which will be utilized for spending at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
