1. Public Hearing RE: Proposed Local Law regarding Amending Chapter 5 entitled “Ethics, Code of” by repealing and replacing Section 5-4 entitled “Representation of private interests” of the Village Code of the Village of Harrison.

 

2. Public Hearing RE: 2020 Preliminary Budget

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to set the date for a Public Hearing on the Westchester Joint Water Works Projects A-1362 Rehabilitation of the Winged Foot Tank. 

 

2. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for Asbestos Abatement for the 8 Calvert Street Demolition Project.

 

3. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, to hire Kellard Sessions Consulting for design services, construction administration, and inspections for culvert installation and drainage improvements on Brown Place, Hyatt Avenue, and Emerson Place at a cost not to exceed $36,100.00.
