E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by Village Attorney, Jonathan Kraut, to approve a proposed Irrevocable Offer of Dedication in connection with 33 Stratford Road Amended Subdivision. If approved, a fifteen foot-wide portion of the Subject’s property frontage along Stratford Road would be dedicated to the Village of Harrison for the purposes of roadway improvements, subject to the property owner being granted ingress and egress over said dedicated portion. The document has been reviewed by the Law Department and Town Engineer. Further request that the Mayor execute the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication TP-584 transfer document.

2. Request by Village Attorney, Jonathan Kraut, on behalf of David Steinmetz, Esq., with the firm of Zarin & Steinmetz, to approve a PILOT Agreement between his client, 3 WPD Apartments, LLC, and the Town and Village of Harrison. Further request that the Mayor execute the Agreement, subject to final review by the Town Assessor and Law Department.
