E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by Commissioner of Public Works, Anthony Robinson, for Change Order #1 to the contract with American Petroleum Equipment for additional work related to the installation of the Fuel Management System at Police Headquarters at a cost not to exceed $7,998.50. This additional work is necessitated by unforeseen field conditions and will replace outdated network communication, equipment, conduit and wiring. Further request for the Law Department to increase the upset limit of the contract by $7,998.50 from $43,863.42 to $51, 861.92. Further request for the Purchasing Department to increase PO #390678 by $7,998.50 from $43,863.42 to $51,861.92. Funding for this change order is available in Capital Account 19GB27 ($5,082.00) and 19GB12 ($2,916.50).

2. Request by Purchasing Department to issue PO #411209 to Westchester Tractor for the purchase of a new Holland tractor at a total cost of $104,363.90. The tractor will be purchased through NYS contract #PC68200. Funding is available in capital accounts 20HW13 and 18HW22.

3. Request from Deputy Village Attorney, Andrea Rendo, for Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, on behalf of Homeowner Jared C. McDade, to remove the property known as 3830 Purchase Street (Block 0951, Lot 019) from the Westchester County Sewer District.
