3. Authorization to rescind Village Board Resolution V- -2019- -034 for a Project Management Contract with JDA Project Management Group for the Harrison Public Library Reading Garden at a cost not to exceed $21,390.

4. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, to hire Peter Gisolfi Associates for Landscaping Architecture Services for the Library Reading Garden at a cost not to exceed $13,000.00. Funding for this contract is available in Account #18LB04. Further request for the Law Department to review and the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to Peter Gisolfi Associates at an amount not to exceed $13,000.00.

5. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for a Project Management Contract with JDA Project Management Group LLC for the Library Reading Garden at a cost not to exceed $8,390.00. Funding for this contract is available in Account #18LB04. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to JDA Project Management Group LLC at an amount not to exceed $8,390.00.
