A. REPORT FROM SUPERVISOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE FOLLOWING VILLAGE BOARD MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 16, 2019

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1. Request by Deputy Village Attorney, Andrea Rendo, to schedule a Public Hearing on December 5th for a proposed Local Law regarding Amending Chapter 5, entitled “Ethics, Code of” by repealing and replacing Section 5-4 entitled “Representation of private interests” of the Village Code of the Village of Harrison.

 

2. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, to hire GHD for professional design services and preparation of bid documents for the Harrison Public Library Generator Project at a cost not to exceed $29,400.00. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to GHD at an amount not to exceed $29,400.00. Fundraising for this contract is available in Project Account #18LB17

 

3. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for the Village of Harrison to enter into an agreement with Capital Markets Advisors, LLC (formerly NYMAC) for financial advisory services. The contract has been reviewed by the Law Department and determined to be in order. Further request that the Mayor execute the contract.

 

4. Request by Purchasing Department for approval of Purchase Order #392877 to Vance Country Ford for the purchase of a 2019 Ford F550 truck, at a cost not to exceed $110,000.00. The equipment is being purchased through Westchester County Contract #RFB-WC-18169. Funding is available in Capital Account 19HW20, Account #006-5130-100-9875.

5. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #392949 to Genesee Valley Motors in the amount of $37,500.00 for the purchase of a 2020 RAM 2500 pickup truck. The equipment is being purchased through NYS OGS mini-bid #19100094. Funding is available in Capital Budget 19PO13, account #006-3120-100-9875.
