Request by Village Attorney, Jonathan Kraut, to approve the proposed Stormwater Control Facility Easement and Maintenance Agreement between the Town/Village of Harrison and School of the Holy Child- 2225 Westchester Avenue. The documents have been reviewed by the Law Department and Village Engineer. Further request for the Supervisor/Mayor to execute the Agreement and related transfer documents.  

 

2. Bond Resolution for the Construction of Sidewalks on Union Avenue in the amount of $710,000. (Roll Call Vote)

 

3. Bond Resolution for the Playground Surface Replacement at Guagnini Park in the amount of $82,000. (Roll Call Vote)

 

4. Bond Resolution for Purchase of Various Heavy Duty Trucks and Equipment in the amount of $975,000.00. (Roll Call Vote).

 

5. Bond Resolution for the Widening of Jefferson Street in the amount of $252,000.00. (Roll Call Vote).

Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for a professional services contract with Grossfield & Macri Consulting Engineers, PC for structural design services for the Harrison Police Department Garage Project at a cost not to exceed $27,000.00. Funding for this contract is available in Capital Account 20PO16. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to Grossfield & Macri Consulting Engineers, PC, at an amount not to exceed $27,000.00.

B. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for a professional services contract with Carlin, Simpson & Associates, LLC for Subsurface Soil and Foundation Investigation for the Harrison Police Department Garage Project at a cost not to exceed $7,500. Funding for this contract is available in Capital Account 20PO16. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to Carlin, Simpson & Associates, LLC at an amount not to exceed $7,500.00.

C. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for a professional services contract with OLA Consulting Engineers for Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services for the Harrison Police Department Garage Project at a cost not to exceed $42,500.00. Funding for this contract is available in Capital Account 20PO16. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to OLA Consulting Engineers at an amount not to exceed $42,500.00.

D. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for a professional services contract Kellard Sessions for Site/Civil Engineering Consultation Services for the Harrison Police Department Garage Project at a cost not to exceed $60,000.00. Funding for this contract is available in Capital Account 20PO16. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to Kellard Sessions at an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
