JUNE 15, 2017

   1. Authorization to appoint Andrea Rendo as Deputy Village Attorney at an annual salary of $75,944.00 plus a $5,000.00 stipend, effective April 21, 2017. Town Board Resolution 2017 – 267 was rescinded. This appointment requires a Village Board Resolution.

1. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION  

   1. Request by Commissioner of Public Works, Anthony Robinson, for approval of the Revised 2017 DPW Capital Budget in response to economic concerns raised at Budget Work Session. 

2. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for a bond resolution in the amount of $355,000 for the Construction of Improvements to Various Buildings.

3. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for a bond resolution in the amount of $45,000 for Various Capital Items.

4. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for a bond resolution in the amount of $176,000 for the Renovation of the Downtown Library Roof.

5. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for a bond resolution in the amount of $845,000 for the Purchase of Heavy Equipment.

6. Authorization to set the date for a Public Hearing Re: WJWW Project A1139 for a 676 foot section of a water main on Pilgrim Road and Project A1337 for paving of roads within the Town of Harrison for August 17, 2017.
