1.   Request by Treasurer, Maureen Mackenzie, for authorization of the following budget modification for the payment of certioraris:

INCREASE:

005-1900-100-4461

VILLAGE JUDGEMENTS AND CLAIMS                          $388,937

INCREASE:

005-0000-059-5999

VILLAGE APPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE                $388,937

To appropriate Village Fund Balance and transfer to the Village Judgements and Claims budget line to cover the cost of the payment of certioraris for Panorama Flight Service and Avitat/Signature Flight Support.  These funds were bonded in 2017 and were reserved within the Village Fund at the end of 2017.

2.   Request by Commissioner of Public Works, Anthony Robinson, to review a proposal from Sustainable Westchester for a shared service one-stop waste and recycling website and phone application that would provide waste and recycling information to residents. The service would provide information on waste and recycling schedules, database of collectible items, problem reporting, schedule pickups and ability to request information. It is currently estimated that Harrison’s first year fee would be $5,000.00. It is the intent of Sustainable Westchester to apply for NYSDEC’s Waste Reduction and Recycling Grant which would cover 50% of the cost, making our cost $2,500.00 annually beginning in year 2 of the Program.
