PLANNING BOARD MEETING AGENDA

THE PLANNING BOARD MEETING WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING COURT ROOM, LOCATED AT 1 HEINEMAN PLACE, HARRISON NY, AND IS BROADCAST LIVE AT CHANNEL 960 ON VERIZON OR CHANNEL 75 ON CABLEVISION.

Public comment is welcomed during all scheduled Public Hearings. Speakers shall direct their comments to the Board, and not to the applicant or members of the public or staff. Comments should address specific issues related to an application. The Planning Board’s decision-making authority is defined and limited by New York State law by the Town’s zoning and land use regulations. The Planning Board does not have discretion to modify zoning, waive requirements or base its decisions on personal preferences or public sentiment. All decisions must be supported by substantial evidence in the record tied to specific review criteria.
