MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE TOWN OF HARRISON,
TO BE HELD AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING,
1 HEINEMAN PLACE, HARRISON, NY., IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY,
ON, THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2013 AT 7:30 PM,

A.        REPORT FROM SUPERVISOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE AFTER THE VILLAGE BOARD RECONVENED AFTER EXECUTIVE SESSION HELD ON NOVEMBER 20, 2013.
None


B.        CORRESPONDENCE AND REPORTS:

            None

E.         ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:
            1.         Request by Village Engineer Michael Amodeo for authorization for a professional services contract with GHD Consulting Services, Inc., for work related to the evaluation of eight (8) of the nine (9) Town-owned sewage pump stations, at a cost not to exceed $21,500. Brae Burn pump station was completed earlier this year and will not be included in this evaluation.  The tasks associated with this contract are as follows:          
    Site visit to the pump stations to review existing conditions
    Discussions with Town personnel to understand operations and maintenance history
    Review of existing pump station documentation
    Capacity evaluation for Winfield Avenue and Cottage Avenue pump stations
Further requested to authorize the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order to GHD Consulting Services, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $21,500. Further, funding is available in Capital Account #12SD13.
