Police Reports
Police Incident Reports and Arrest Reports may be obtained at the Harrison Police Department Records Division. The Records Division is available Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm and may be contacted at 914-967-5013. Incident reports may only be obtained if your name is on the report and photo ID is required.
Domestic Incident Reports (D.I.R.) may only be obtained by the victim and photo ID is required. Any other person who would like to obtain a DIR must submit a Freedom of Information Act request.
Arrest reports may only be obtained by a suspect and/or their attorney. A Freedom of Information Act request must be submitted.
