1.   Request by Chief of Police, Michael Olsey, for approval to appoint John Acampora as an alternate crossing guard at an hourly rate of $19.50, effective immediately.  

 

  1. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

                                         

1.   Request by James Staudt, of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP, for approval of a third ninety (90) day extension of Final Special Extension Use Permit Application until January 26, 2018 for a Building Permit for 526-530 Anderson Hill Road, Trinity Presbyterian Church.  

                       

2.   Request by Comptroller, Maureen MacKenzie, for approval of the following budget transfer:

This budget transfer is for the need of 2 replacement laser printers for the Town Justice Dept. as well as more business cards for Court Clerk and each Judge.                          

3.   Request by Deputy Village Attorney, Andrea Rendo, for authorization to amend the NYS Snow and Ice Agreement to change the original estimated expenditure of $37,240.80 to include the Index Adjustment of $21,785.87, totaling $59,026.67 for the 2016/2017 snow and ice season. The Commissioner of Public Works has reviewed and approved the change of the estimated expenditure. Further request the Supervisor sign Amendment B.

 

4.   Request by Deputy Village Attorney, Andrea Rendo, for authorization of the amendment to “Attachment 9, food and refreshment concession at Bernie Guagnini Brentwood Park fee proposal,” by adding the amount proposed for the year 2018.

 

5.   Request by Superintendent of Recreation, Gerry Salvo, for authorization to accept the donation from The Benevity Community Impact Fund in the amount of $1,875.00 for girl’s athletic programs.

 

6.   Request by Superintendent of Recreation, Gerry Salvo, for authorization to accept the following donation of $3,200.00 from The 3rd Annual Andrew Gurgitano Memorial Golf Outing for the Brentwood Fundraiser Project.

 

7.   Request by Planning Board Secretary, Rosemarie Cusumano, for permission to send Planning Board Member, Nonie Reich, to the Pond and Lake Management Workshop on December 7, 2017. The cost for registration is $45.00. This is a budgeted item.

 

8.   Request by Comptroller, Maureen MacKenzie, for authorization for the Town/Village to register with the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) in order to purchase items through this organization upon review of documents by the Law Department. There is no cost to register.

9.   Request by Building Inspector, Rocco Germani, for approval to waive the Special Event Permit fee for the St. Anthony’s Fall Festival on October 28 and 29  from 1PM – 9PM at the Church of St. Anthony.
