A. REPORT FROM SUPERVISOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE FOLLOWING VILLAGE BOARD MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2020

 

1. Authorization to rescind bond resolution V-2019-139 authorizing the issuance of $18,000,000 in serial bonds for the construction of a new Recreation Center.

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1. Approval of a Bond Resolution in the amount of $555,000 for the purchase of Tasers and Body Cameras for the Police Department.

2. Approval of Police Department’s Capital Budget for 2020 in the amount of $748,610.00

3. Approval of 2020 Department of Public Works Capital Budget for equipment in the amount of $1,249,100. Further request for an additional $50,000 for Townwide tree replacement, where the Board previously approved $25,000. Further request to authortize the Treasurer to put forth Bonding Resolutions for these expenditures.

4. Request by Purchasing Department to approve emergency PO #401937, issued to G.C Reliable Service, Inc., for replacement of the Town Hall Boiler System in an amount not to exceed $97,500.00. Funding is available in GTB Capital Account 20GB10.
